WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Developing and implementing new processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency. Analysing data to identify operational trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinating with other departments within the organization to ensure successful implementation of initiatives.
- Employs Six Sigma and LEAN methodology and analytics into organizational operations to accomplish business objectives.
- Leading projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
- Preparing reports on operational performance, including benchmarks against industry standards or best practices.
- Employs Six Sigma and LEAN methodology and analytics into organizational operations to accomplish business objectives.
- Developing new processes to streamline operations and improve customer service.
- Contribute to business operations strategy development.
- Provides assistance to functional departments, and business units in identifying, planning and implementing Lean and Six Sigma projects that tie strongly to business strategic priorities.
- Develops improvement plans for assigned areas by developing and maintaining relationships with leaders, stakeholders, and industry experts (e.g., General Managers, process owners, customers).
- Continuously measures and monitors processes, risks and controls by conducting postimplementation reviews and project followup.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- 5+ years of functional and technical projectrelated work is required.
- Process development / definition in an ERP environment is required.
- Experience in the development and implementation of process and systems changes required.
- Partner and develop strong relationships with the business & project stakeholders to align on strategies & improvement initiatives.
- Manage complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an indepth evaluation to provide strategic solutions, recommendations & financial costings.
