- Interim - Reconciliation Analyst
- 3 month role
- Fully remote
The main duties include:
- Reconciling customer bank accounts to internal systems
- Downloading data from internal systems into excel
- Reconciling and checking excel data to check for errors and anomalies
- Identify differences in transactions
- Using attention to detail to analyse large volumes of data
- Communicating to the team and Head of Finance daily to explain any anomalies and document errors in a timely manner. These will then be investigated by the relevant department.
- Working as part of a team of 3
Experience & Skills:
- You must be diligent and show you can work methodically through large volumes of data on excel
- Intermediate excel skills. It's an advantage if you have SQL or VBA but this is not necessary.
- Experience in reconciliations, ideally bank reconciliations and/or cash reconciliation
- You will be detail orientated to spot differences in transactions
- Verbal and written communication skills are a must
- Ideally you will have Banking/Financial Services experience but other sector experience is considered
