Real Estate Associate (0-4 PQE) in Manchester

Key responsibilities:


  • Advising clients on a range of real estate matters, including property development, leasing, sales and acquisitions, and real estate finance.
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial leases, sale and purchase agreements, and other real estate documents.

Requirements:


  • 14 years' PQE in real estate law
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
