Due to ongoing growth and market demand, the business is looking to hire a professional and driven Customer Sales Executive to join their Customer Service team.

Duties include:

  • To answer queries from our customers
  • Focused on retaining our existing customer volume at 95%
  • Creating opportunity to grow the existing client base by 10% year on year
  • Offering consultation to existing customers in demonstrating our multichannel service solutions
  • Ensuring that customer queries are resolved
  • Highlighting customer concerns with peers in the business to create resolution
  • Updating our internal CRM database
  • Following up agreed actions
  • Providing excellent communication to our customers and internal teams
