Are you a positive and friendly individual who has prior experience working within an administrative role? Are you eager to start a new role where you can utilise your excellent communication skills and keen eye for detail? Signature Recruitment has an opportunity to work for a professional membership body as an Administrative Assistant.

This position is on a full-time, permanent basis with the benefit of hybrid working.


Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:


  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Diary management
  • Data entry logging details on the system
  • Filing for the journal
  • Minute taking
  • Administration for the society
  • Any other ad hoc administrative duties

Administrative Assistant Skills and Experience:


  • Attention to detail
  • Proactive
  • Friendly and excellent communication skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location:
Hybrid remote in London
