Day Shift & Night Shift Customer Service Assistant - Royal Amusements - Wakefield

The Position:

Our Customer Service Assistants are responsible for meeting, greeting, and providing customers with an exceptional level of service. You will be on hand to help by answering questions and demonstrating new machine products. Full Training and Staff Uniform will be provided.

Hours, Days, and Shifts:

Day and Night shifts available. Permanent Contract of 20+ hours per week

Your Duties:

As one of our Customer Service Assistants, your day-to-day activities will involve:

Handling cash and giving change
Providing food and beverages to customers
Promoting offers, events, and other bonuses in store
Maintaining the appearance of the store
Checking the ID of customers who look 25 and under

We are looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing and able to take on a challenge. You will have a professional, customer-focused approach and a can-do attitude.

Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Create a welcoming and friendly environment for all customers
Follow guidance and procedures
Be well presented & professional at all times
