Description

The post will provide administrative support to body worn video within the Trust and be the first point of contact for body worn video within the Trust.


  • To coordinate the preparation of reports and presentations for meetings, attended by the Body Worn Video Manager and the Security Management and Violence Reduction Specialist along with providing support to the Violence Reduction Unit and other department managers when required to do the same.
  • To provide a high quality administrative support to the Body Worn Video team.
  • The Administrator will support meetings including minute taking, coordinate provision of equipment and staff training, register user details, pull data and run regular reports and compile reports for dissemination across the Trust.
  • This will require the post holder to be familiar with MS Office and particularly competent using Excel, PowerPoint and Word. The post holder will be required to communicate with different teams within the Trust as well as external stakeholders.


The Body Worn Administrator post will be located within the Health, Safety & Security Department and will be a member of the Security and Violence Reduction Team and will make an effective contribution to the work of this small busy team.
