Description

We are looking to employ a hardworking, committed individual to join the ACCT Education Team, as a Practice Education Facilitator to ensure high quality education & training is provided for our staff, specialising in recovery.


This post is pivotal in updating the team and supporting colleagues to complete their competency skills passport, mandatory training, & clinical skills ensuring a highly skilled workforce.

You will work both leading training and also in a clinical capacity alongside staff to promote best practice and inspire staff to achieve their best and promote a learning culture.

You will also have a key role in ensuring the quality of care delivery is of an exceptional standard and staff are equipped with knowledge, skills and competencies to deliver that care.


This role encompasses providing training for all staff across ACCT relating to teaching sessions, competency development, face to face training and module leadership (with the correct training provided).

Practice Education Facilitator to ensure high quality education & training is provided for our staff.


Updating the team and supporting colleagues to complete their competency skills passport, mandatory training, & clinical skills ensuring a highly skilled workforce.

You will also have a key role in ensuring the quality of care delivery is of an exceptional standard and staff are equipped with knowledge, skills and competencies to deliver that care.

The focus will be primarily in supporting the development of the ACCT recovery team and their band 7 manager.

Sustainability is integral to the Trust achieving the NHS Net Zero target. All staff are therefore actively encouraged and supported to implement new ways of working within their field of expertise.
