JOB DESCRIPTION & PERSON SPECIFICATION


Location:
Headington, Oxford


Position:
Sales Advisor

Hours: 8.30am - 5pm, Monday, Wednesday & Thursday
(flexible on days and overtime available if wanted)


Salary:
£11-12 (Dependent on experience)


Contract:
Part-time, permanent


DAY TO DAY TASKS

  • Inputting and amending all hire jobs on to a CRM system
  • Sending delivery notes to Warehouse
  • Tracking missing stock
  • Ordering non stock items
  • Linen stock check (weekly basis)
  • Creating payment links and invoices to customers
  • Regularly updating all OEH social media platforms
  • Updating OEH website

SKILLS IDEALLY REQUIRED

  • Previous event / catering experience preferable
  • A polite, friendly and personable manner
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Computer literate and good IT skills

BENEFITS:

Part-time hours: 24 per week


Salary:
£11.00-£12.00 per hour
