We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team and support children with special educational needs in a school setting.
As a teaching assistant, you will work closely with the classroom teacher to provide individualized support and guidance to children with a range of learning and developmental needs.
Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting children with academic and developmental tasks, such as reading, writing, and math
- Supporting children with behavioral and emotional difficulties
- Developing and implementing individualized learning plans
- Working with small groups or oneonone with children as needed
- Communicating regularly with parents and other professionals involved in the child's care
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children, particularly those with special educational needs
- A relevant qualification, such as a Teaching Assistant qualification or a Level 3 Diploma in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work well in a team environment
- A passion for helping children achieve their full potential
Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm
Salary:
£95.00-£105.00 per day
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

Experience:
- Special education: 1 year (preferred)
