The Position:


Main Responsibilities:


Website Management and Trade Ownership

  • Delivering on the sales target and KPIs, as aligned at the start of the year, for the A-ColdWall website
  • Monitor product performance and onsite trends.
  • Conduct weekly, monthly, and adhoc reporting on digital performance in order to identify opportunities and maximise sales.
  • Provide recommendations on how to maximise sales while leveraging performance marketing, product merchandising, commercial offers, and content.
  • Work closely with an external agency on the site optimisation projects, ensuring the prioritisation of tasks is always aligned with the topline needs of the business.
  • Responsible for managing the ongoing relationships: with the brand, digital agency for CRM, performance marketing, customer service, and operations
  • Continuously monitor and test the websites' functionality to identify any issues and work closely with the tech team and development agency to rectify them as quickly as possible, with mínimal impact on the customer experience or revenue. Raise tickets immediately when issues arise and resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Utilising website analytics, regularly remerchandise the product assortment on top PLPs to ensure the biggest commercial gains for each of the investment brand's sites.
  • Conduct regular audits of product, content, FAQ, delivery, and shipping pages to ensure there are no discrepancies and there is consistent messaging across the site.
  • Work on seasonal product uploads and managing descriptions.
  • Monitor competitors and perform analysis.

Support Trade Manager

  • Assisting the Ecommerce Trade Manager in the execution of the trade activities across investment brands, which include general daytoday running of the websites, analysis and reporting on weekly website KPI's such as sellthru, CVR, AOV, traffic, customer profiles, and product mix using Google Analytics, and inhouse reports
  • Support with regards to collaborations and special projects, ensuring seamless execution, and aligning with the brand's image
  • Managing regular stock intakes and stock transfers for stock replenishment and stock maximisation, as advised by the ecommerce trade managers.

Requirements:


  • Comfortable working within a fastpaced environment and being able to continually adapt
  • Be eager to learn and value selfdevelopment with a desire to build working relationships across Tomorrow Ltd. and the investment brands, communicating with people at all levels.
  • Be highly organised and proactive with strong attention to detail to ensure the smooth running of all daily operations.
  • Demonstrate both a creative and commercial mindset with strong reporting skills.
  • Have excellent communication skills and the desire to work collaboratively across departments and functions.
  • Takes initiative and can prioritise tasks with strong timemanagement skills.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Shopify/Shopify Plus is desirable.
  • Experience working within the ecommerce and/or retail industries is a plus.
