The Role


The role of
Youth Operations Executive (14 Month FTC) is to assist the Youth Operations Manager with the development of the Entertainment Youth and Family Programme in a multi brand service environment as directed by the Brand Teams, supportingthe brand objectives.


You will:

  • Deliver all associated administration to support the onboard Youth and Family programme ensuring that statutory and codes of good practice are maintained in conjunction with the Company's Fleet Instructions and other statutory and legal requirements.
  • Ensure that all Entertainment Youth and Family programmes are in line with all legal requirements.
  • In conjunction with the Youth Operations Manager and Fleet People team, ensure that all youth roles are trained in all the required areas, which may include the Safeguard training and new hire company inductions.
  • Work on the development of Youth facilities including new ships as required.
  • Support the Youth Operations Manager to source and engage all additional Family Entertainment connected with the onboard Youth and Family Programmes including Family Guest Entertainers, third party partnerships and any other additional Youth and FamilyEntertainment provided to enhance the onboard programme.


Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities.

This role is a CUK10 and is offered on a full time 14 month fixed term contract basis, with at least two days based inour Southampton office.

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Previous experience working in the cruise /hotel /hospitality /leisure industry
