Management System Administrator

Job Purpose


A Management System Administrator will support the NTS quality team in moving and rebranding all documents, working with other function stakeholders to ensure their documents are moved in a timely and efficient manner and providing basic cross referencing and hyperlink checks.

The administrator should take initiative and complete tasks autonomously whilst liaising and communicating with the wider team and key stakeholders on progress of the project, ensuring that any challenges are addressed in a timely manner.


Principal Accountabilities (key areas)

  • Support in document rebranding and data transfer onto the Sharepoint document platform.
  • Communicate with document owners and stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely transition.
  • Track and ensure actions are closed out suitably.
  • Assist the Quality Manager in the continued improvement of the MS
  • Produce communications with the aim of continually improving the management system development
