Fantastic opportunity for an EA to support the CEO within a wonderful Private Equity firm, based in Central London. This is initially an ongoing temp position, with potential to go permanent


What you'll do:

  • 1:2 highlevel business support to the CEO
  • Acting as first point of contact and gatekeeper
  • Managing the CEO's inbox
  • Heavy diary management and travel management
  • Wider team support
  • Internal and external communication
  • Organising and maintaining office systems
  • Preparing corporate documents
  • Expenses
  • Ah hoc duties

Who you are:

  • You must have a background in private equity
  • 5 years + experience as an EA
  • Someone proactive who can hit the ground running
  • High attention to detail
  • A proactive selfstarter
  • Professionalism and discretion
