This is a fantastic role working for a Private Family who live in Surrey.

This role is 70% Private support and 30% business support and will be based at the family home in a separate office (Monday to Friday/5 days).

The Principal is a very successful entrepreneur and HNW so you will be required to support the family from their home in Surrey incorporating some business support for his diverse interests.


As part of the household your role will include other full time household staff including a Business PA based in another office so you will overlap.

Part of your role will be to oversee and manage the household budget as well as extensive expense management (so you should be good with numbers obviously highly organised).

This is an all encompassing role for someone who enjoys a mix of business/private support.

You will need to be flexible with regard to location of the role as you will need to organise family travel, manage events/parties and deal with healthcare management for the family.

As well as run errands - source shopping for items and manage projects and keep spreadsheet for travel, events, gift buying and school information etc.

You should have excellent emotional intelligence and proven experience of having worked for a HNW in the family home.

You will also be someone with excellent interpersonal skills, calm and confident and who is solutions driven and enjoys systems and processes and the mix of some business but predominantly private PA support.


This is an exciting role for a total professional with discretion and attention to detail and the ability to make the role their own.

You must hold a British Driving License as you may need to drive their car or run errands on occasion.
