Hiring Due to Expansion

CWD Improvements are looking for an experienced Window Fitter. You will be expected to cover all aspects of window, door, composite & Bi-folding doors and garage door installation.

We are looking for someone who wants to progress with the company, with the aim to fall into a team management/supervisory role in the future - site management and training junior staff

Van provided for work

Uniform provided

5 + years installing PVCu windows and doors
Be able to work with large glazing projects
Be able to work independently and as well as part of a team
Good communication skills with customers and colleagues
Own tools
UK clean driving licence
Install to a FENSA standard

Punctual

Hardworking

Mature in their work ethic and response

Can command a site and be a role model for junior members

Good team spirit

Good time management

Clean and tidy working practices.

Clean and tidy removal of external windows and doors.

Installation of timber and upvc external windows and doors.

Making good external render and cement ready for decoration by others.

Installation of internal architraving, window boards etc.

Making good of internal plaster work ready for decoration by others.

Clean and tidy working practices.

They will be able to work along side site project managers, Builders and Architects where needed.

Be able to read drawings and command the projects to the right direction with no negativity with the can do attitude to create the end result.

They must be able to lead by example. Work to deadlines and complete tasks given.

Salary:
£150.00-£200.00 per day
