About this role
The role is responsible for providing administrative support related to the sale of all cars. Requires the ability to explain facts, practices, policies, etc. to external parties.

Role responsibilities

To provide efficient administrative support related to the sale of all cars
To ensure taxing, road fund license processing and invoicing of all vehicles are provided in good time ahead of the delivery of vehicle purchases to customers
To ensure the reporting of all sales remains accurate at times
To support and/or place requested customer orders in line with internal processes and procedures
To ensure all sales paperwork is filed, stored and retained for audit purposes
To assist the superior with scorecard reporting and operational presentations

Knowledge, skills and experience

Retail sales/ customer care administration experience
Understanding of DVLA & UK Taxing systems
Strong Excel skills
Able to work independently demonstrating initiative and proactivity
Able to convey information clearly & succinctly whether verbally or in writing
Ability to work under pressure and deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Other factors

Standard LTIL UK working hours over 5 days to include occasional Saturday working up to 18:00 on a rota basis when month end is scheduled on a weekend.
