Description

Contract to start on until with a possible extension.

Responsibilities
- create compelling and engaging content and edit copy across multiple websites
- work with our internal social care and public health teams to bring concepts and ideas to life
- ensure digital content meets briefs, is in line with brand guidelines and tone of voice and is optimised for SEO and UX best practice
- influence and guide internal stakeholders by providing insightful, constructive feedback
- ensure all content published is factually accurate and has been ratified in line with the clients approval process
- build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure collaboration and joined-up thinking

Use data to inform the effectiveness of content and to drive continuous improvement and increased engagement.

Knowledge and Experience

Knowledge of SEO, analytics, html, css and content management systems
Knowledge and understanding of social media.
Adept at producing all forms of copy.
Knowledge of online content strategy and creation
Skilled at adapting tone of voice for different brands and audiences
Excellent writing ability with the ability to write in different styles and to other people's direction.
Strong proofreading and editing skills.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage tasks, often to tight deadlines.

- support with any videos that describe the service and how to use the digital portal to improve customer experience.

Salary:
£26.71 per hour
