Description
Contract to start on until with a possible extension.


Responsibilities
- create compelling and engaging content and edit copy across multiple websites
- work with our internal social care and public health teams to bring concepts and ideas to life
- ensure digital content meets briefs, is in line with brand guidelines and tone of voice and is optimised for SEO and UX best practice
- influence and guide internal stakeholders by providing insightful, constructive feedback
- ensure all content published is factually accurate and has been ratified in line with the clients approval process
- build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure collaboration and joined-up thinking

  • Use data to inform the effectiveness of content and to drive continuous improvement and increased engagement.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Knowledge of SEO, analytics, html, css and content management systems
  • Knowledge and understanding of social media.
  • Adept at producing all forms of copy.
  • Knowledge of online content strategy and creation
  • Skilled at adapting tone of voice for different brands and audiences
  • Excellent writing ability with the ability to write in different styles and to other people's direction.
  • Strong proofreading and editing skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage tasks, often to tight deadlines.

- support with any videos that describe the service and how to use the digital portal to improve customer experience.


Salary:
£26.71 per hour
