Coordinator - Implementation Process

Cheltenham

Due to our continued growth, we have a wonderful opportunity to join our Workwear/Uniforms Implementation Team.

Your new role
Key responsibilities will include;

Assisting the Implementation Team in managing new installations and customer handover from our sales team to our customer service delivery team;
Coordinating with the New Business Account Manager to ensure installs are delivered to meet customer expectations;
Processing customer orders in line with contracted requirements to ensure install milestones are achieved;
Supporting the Implementation Manager with the Implementation tracker, ensuring the information is accurate, up to date and published in a timely manner for the workwear team;
Liaising with suppliers and Central Stores Team to ensure targets are achieved, products are compliant and that quality standards are met;
Providing reports/analysing information as required by the business.

The role is for 40 hours per week Monday to Friday and will be predominantly site-based with mínimal travel required.

You will have the ability to manage your own workload with mínimal supervision, and will have the confidence to know where to direct unresolved issues.

You will also have the eligibility to work in the UK.
