An internationally recognised manufacturing company is on the lookout for a motivated and forward-thinking Assistant Accountant to come and join their outgoing and driven team in Birmingham.

This role requires someone who is adaptable and willing to expand their skill set with the idea of progressing within this fast-growing organisation.

As the Assistant Accountant you will be aiming to liaise with external stakeholders in order to build astrong rapport, as well as assisting the management accountant with the day-to-day accounting.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to gain exposure to the wider finance function and develop their career.

Ideally, you will:

Have previous experience in assisting with monthend including; accruals, prepayments and monthly reports.
Be a confident communicator in order to build your own individual relationships with the wider finance team and key stakeholders.
Be driven and motivated to show off your skill set and further identify process improvements.
Currently be working towards or studying ACCA or CIMA with a goal of completing your qualification.
