    This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Indirect Procurement Category Manager to join our team for a 12-month fixed term contract. Reporting directly to the Head of Procurement, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic procurement activities across indirect spend categories.

    About the Role:

    • Collaborate closely with the Head of Procurement to design and implement effective procurement strategies that drive business growth
    • Support the procurement team with daily operations and critical initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
    • Develop and drive category and sub-category plans aligned with business objectives, leveraging your expertise in category management principles and best practices
    • Build and nurture strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, driving supplier relationship management through contract negotiation, risk mitigation, and performance monitoring using KPIs and SLAs

    Key Requirements:

    • Proven experience managing indirect procurement categories such as HR, Legal, Finance, Insurance, Travel, Facilities Management, or other Corporate Service areas
    • Solid knowledge of category management principles and best practices, with experience within a similar sector preferred but not essential
    • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across all levels
