_We are a well established Street Lighting company based in the NW of England and we are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor / NICEIC Qualified Supervisor to join our team.

_

  • You will be initially based at our Sefton Office but you may be required to travel across the North West of England therefore a full clean UK driving licence will be required (Minor points considered)._
  • You will have a high degree of industry experience, relevant industryrecognised qualifications, excellent IT, communication and people skills. Working with the Contracts Manager you will ensure that Health and Safety is the number one priority for all our works undertaken by reporting Operatives._
  • The main duties/responsibilities are:_
  • Day to day supervision of Street Lighting and associated Street furniture, installation including electric car charging point and other associated electrical installation._
As a Qualified Supervisor you will have thespecific responsibility for the safety, technical standard and quality of electrical installation work completed under your supervision

  • Programme, allocate and supervise works to ensure they are undertaken in a qualitydriven, costeffective and efficient manner._
  • Working in conjunction with the Contract Manager to prepare plan and programme works in readiness for allocation to the appropriate Operatives_
  • Ensure that all materials are ordered and received and that the appropriate vehicles and plant are available in readiness for programmed work start dates_
  • Liaise and collaborate with Client site representatives as and when required_
  • Ensure that all work allocations issued contain the appropriate Health and Safety information, scope of work, and specification information and that this information is briefed to the appropriate Operatives before work commences._
  • Day to day onsite supervision and monitoring of works being undertaken to ensure they meet the required standards in terms of Health and Safety, quality and output_
  • Ensure that all works are recorded as completed and any extra works, over and above that originally ordered, are measured, documented, and reported to the Contracts Manager._
  • Undertake monthly Health and Safety Audits and ensure compliance with biweekly Tool Box talks_
  • Any other duties deemed appropriate to the role_
