What you'll be doing:

Being accountable for all contingent hire activity within allocated sector, including line management of a team of professionals
Playing a key role in working with key stakeholders and agencies to deliver the contingent workforce requirement, ensuring talent pipelines are managed effectively and working with Indirect Procurement Services on alternative supply solutions in order to meet business requirements
Ensuring resource is in place to discharge the evolving needs of the business
Supporting day to day management of queries, telephone calls and live chat to ensure the team stay with SLA
Leading and coaching a team of professionals including reviewing progress against performance and development plans to agreed timescales
Ensuring the team delivers against measures and targets in place, along with working with the sectors on joint goals to improve both Time to Offer and Time to Hire
Building and managing contingent talent pools across each capability group
Liaising with the sectors to understand business drivers and future demand, and identify resources ahead of time
Supporting relationship management of external resourcing agencies to ensure continually best in class service. Continuous assessment of performance and report to business sectors offering advice on external considerations to drive improvements

Your skills and experiences:

Knowledge of recruitment processes and contingent recruitment
Experience of recruiting both volume campaigns as well as unique roles and the variances in between
Ability to challenge and influence at all levels internally and externally
Strong problemsolving skills due to the complexity of our processes, systems and customers
Proven ability of challenging and improving customer perception through delivery of contractual measures and excellent service
Previous line management experience and the ability to lead, coach engage and motivate a team to achieve the highest standards of performance and accuracy is desirable
