Are you looking for a hybrid Admin role?:

  • £23,000
  • £25,000
  • 3 days per week in the office (Bedford Town Center)
  • 2 days remote
  • 9am 5pm Monday to Friday
  • 22 days Holiday
  • Life assurance
  • Private Medical
You will be providing admin support to the PA and HR function.


You will have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisation and planning skills, with attention to detail
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Powerpoint
  • Previous exposure to HR administration

The role:

  • Book travel arrangements for Board members such as booking venues and hotels, and making restaurant reservations
  • Providing HR administrative cover, such as monitoring the HR mailbox, resolving enquiries
  • Reconciling CEO monthly business credit card statement
  • Processing monthly expense claims
