Job Overview:
It's a vital role as information in our spreadsheets and systems must be accurate, up to date and useable as all information will be displayed in our retail store system and used on our shipping documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel to manage and update the product list accurately
- Communicate with the supplier/ factory to collect the product details including the barcode number/ product code/ unit cost/ delivery quantity/ invoice/ packing list and etc.
- Updating the Product details list for our system team uploading the new items to our Bespoke system
- Filing the documents to our server
- Prepare the Purchase Order
- Create the Purchase Order from our Bespoke system
- Check the final invoice and packing list comparing with the created PO, the created PO will need to be updated if there is any difference between the actual order delivery.
- Update the delivery quantity in our bespoke system
- Upload the supplier/factory invoice to the accounting system
Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, well understanding and practical with the basic calculation formula, standard unify format, accurate data entry.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
This position offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in an office setting while contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.
Pay:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
