NGU Construction are looking for a working Site Supervisor who's trade is either Carpentry, Bricklaying or Groundworks
The Roles and Responsibilities include:
- Daily, Weekly and Monthly Site management
- Quality and Speed control
- Ability to manage up to 3 projects at anyone time
- Site Team Performance management
- Customer Liaising on a daily basis
- Ensure projects are ran and management to Programme and Specification
- Ability to overcome issues smartly and effectively
- Material procurement
- Subcontractor Management
- Health and Safety Management
Requirements:
- Detailed Knowledge of the build process from start to finish
- Emphasis on Quality of work and efficiency
- Minimum 5 Years in a construction management role
- Computer and IT literate
Salary:
£40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
