DESCRIPTION


The Client Onboarding (COB) Team is responsible for the onboarding of International Prime Brokerage (IPB) clients for the Equity Derivatives and Fixed Income business units.

This involves ensuring accounts and client setups are completed in an efficient manner. This role at associate level provides onboarding support to the IPB business.

The key responsibilities will be working alongside the Business to manage the onboarding of clients as well as working on projects and new process development.

  • What will you be doing?
  • Build and manage relationships with Business Units, Operations and Technology teams
  • Act as an escalation point for queries and issues during the client onboarding process
  • Use knowledge in suggesting, driving and implementing system and process enhancements with immediate and longterm solutions
  • Facilitate the onboarding process, chase in an appropriate manner, and provide timely and accurate feedback to key stakeholders
  • Liaise with our global team to ensure an efficient global process and knowledge share
  • Provide regular metric updates

QUALIFICATIONS

  • What we're looking for:
  • Previous experience exhibiting a high degree of Client Service ability to interact and build relationships with senior members across departments in the firm
  • Understanding of regulatory landscape and interest in the bigger picture and how to streamline processes
  • Strong problemsolving and attention to detail skills
  • Ability to offer strategic solutions to BU and operational problems
  • Skills that will help you in the role:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to produce statistics
  • Strong excel skills, including pivot tables
Where will you be working?
This role is based at our London office in Canary Wharf.

This location has a wellness centre, including gym and shower/changing facilities, GP, Prayer room, Canteen, Dry cleaners and onsite Starbucks.
