What you will do in your working day

To plan, prepare and deliver the curriculum with the team to consistently meet the requirements of the EYFS
To establish a trusting relationship with parents through working in partnership with them, giving daily informative feedback to meet their child's needs
Adhere to all the policies and procedures set out by the nursery
To work as part of a team and with outside agencies supporting children's needs appropriately
Undertake our mandatory induction program
Highest standards of Health and Safety and wellbeing

The training you will be getting
Level 2 Early Years Practitioner Apprenticeship.

Level 2 Diploma Early Years Practitioner.

Support with English and Maths (if required).

Work based learning.

End Point Assessment.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
The pre-school will offer additional development and ongoing employmetnt whenever possible.

What to expect before starting
-
Before starting, we aim to train and upskill individuals with our NOCN accredited courses, these will be once a week, every two weeks, over a three month period. Upon completion of each course, you will receive a certificate. Not only does this look amazing on your CV for employers, but you're able to upskill yourself at zero cost
