What you will do in your working day

  • To plan, prepare and deliver the curriculum with the team to consistently meet the requirements of the EYFS
  • To establish a trusting relationship with parents through working in partnership with them, giving daily informative feedback to meet their child's needs
  • Adhere to all the policies and procedures set out by the nursery
  • To work as part of a team and with outside agencies supporting children's needs appropriately
  • Undertake our mandatory induction program
  • Highest standards of Health and Safety and wellbeing

The training you will be getting
Level 2 Early Years Practitioner Apprenticeship.

Level 2 Diploma Early Years Practitioner.

Support with English and Maths (if required).

Work based learning.

End Point Assessment.


What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
The pre-school will offer additional development and ongoing employmetnt whenever possible.


What to expect before starting
-
Before starting, we aim to train and upskill individuals with our NOCN accredited courses, these will be once a week, every two weeks, over a three month period. Upon completion of each course, you will receive a certificate. Not only does this look amazing on your CV for employers, but you're able to upskill yourself at zero cost

Pay:
From £8,240.80 per year
