We're recruiting a dynamic Head of Partnerships, to help us to radically improve outcomes for people who use our services.

This is a varied and unique role, with the aim of increasing our capacity to help more people by providing high quality and safe support to service users and a safe and effective working environment for staff in all the contracts run as partnerships with NHS Trusts.

As Head of Partnerships, you will be responsible for meeting or exceeding the contractual requirements to develop your services, enabling us to retain the contract or become the prime provider by winning the clinical element too.

You will help us to grow our income and standing in the locality as well as acting as a beacon example for tenders we may submit.


Working with a range of stakeholders, this is an opportunity for a proactive and influential individual to provide clear direction for our partnerships.

You will work to motivate and develop a team of managers and will enable them to fulfil their potential as leaders of service delivery, through effective and nurturing leadership.

By building a strategic business plan for your services, you will ensure that our commissioners are confident and excited by our provision.

The advertised salary is dependent on experience and qualifications. This role requires the postholder to be in service a minimum of 4 days per week.
