Contract Administrator
As part of our planned growth an opportunity exists within Steelgram Fabrications Ltd for a Contracts Administrator to join our structural steelwork company based at our First Floor office in Sheffield.
The duties will include but are not limited to
- Collecting and recording Material Test Certificates
- Booking in enquires and collating the relevant documentation for the estimating team
- Purchasing of office stationery and supplies
- Filing of estimation and contracts documentation
- Completion and monitoring of company accreditations
- Maintenance of insurance cover and annual renewals
- Completing client prequal questionnaires
- Processing Supplier Invoices
- Sending out the relevant Subcontractor approval documentation
- General office duties
- Liaising with potential and current clients
- Monitoring incoming and outgoing post
- Diary management for directors as required
- Inputting information on the inhouse database systemThe applicant needs to have good communication skills and will be given training where necessary to ensure they are computer literate, particularly in word and excel, and have proficient writing and data handling skills
Monday-Thursday 9-5
Friday 9-4
30 minute break will be given for Lunch
The rate of pay is negotiable
Salary:
Up to £30,000.00 per year
