Job Description and Requirements

Responsibilities:

Successfully complete our 10+ week custom internal training program - with the aim to demonstrate that you have:

Built the necessary level of knowledge on the Security Concepts & Principles, and Processes & Technologies needed to support our customers.
Collaborate with cross functional teams (locally & globally) to support customer obligations and deliver projects to agreed deadlines.
Adopt and provide feedback on best practices, in conjunction with others identify innovative ways to incrementally improve the customer experience.
Troubleshoot and investigate issues, identify root causes and resolution in line with customer service obligations.
Analyze, validate, and verify potential threats and vulnerabilities, creating proof of concepts to remediate.
Guide customers on their security risks and questions, including best practices on how to remediate and resolve.
Manage own tasks and projects to agreed deadlines.
Other adhoc duties as required.

Required Qualifications:

At least 1 year of work experience in Application Security, Cyber Security or similar.

Nice to Have Qualifications (Not

required

):

Exposure to Web and/or Application Security.
Relevant Industry/Cyber Security Certification.
Working knowledge of FQDN, TCP/IP
Practical experience with a Scripting Language
RegEx, JS, Perl etc
Familiarity with software security weakness, vulnerability and secure code review a plus
Familiarity with software attack and exploitation techniques a plus
Familiarity with at least one software programming language and framework a plus
AWS or Microsoft Cyber Security Certifications
