**The Role of the Plant Manager

To run a Plant in North London, which produces Ready Mix, Concrete and Screed efficiently, with an operative.
Dealing directly with the customers
Responsibility for your own Health and Safety and any visitors or contractors to your site.
Promoting and complying with, Company Health and Safety policies and procedures at all times

**The Ideal Person for the Plant Manager

Been a Plant Manager or Plant operative looking for a career progression.
A good level of physical fitness.
Good communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with customers and suppliers.
Commitment to Health, Safety and Environmental standards.
Previous experience in concrete, ready mix, screed.
Full UK driving Licence is essential.
