Description
Delton Food Stores are well known departmental stores to provide quality customer service and products. We sell genral grocery products including food, vegitables, fruits and Halal meat.

As a Supervisor, you play a key role in optimising sales and leading a high performing team in a busy supermarket.

Delton Foods is currently looking for Customer Service Supervisors (Retail) for their branches located in Derby and Birmingham locations.


Job Role & Duties:


  • To provide outstanding Customer Service
  • Manage Refunds and Exchanges
  • Liaises with managers and other departments to resolve operational problems.
  • Develops and implements policies and procedures to deal effectively with customer requirements and complaints
  • Coordinates and controls the work of those within customer services departments;
  • Discusses customer responses with other managers with a view to improving the service provided;
  • Plans and coordinates the operations of help and advisory services to provide support for customers and users.
  • Help deliver an outstanding, easy and effortless journey for our Customers
  • Delivering 'right first time' as our standard
  • Reduce complaints
  • Resolving difficult situations is essential for this post so you need excellent communication skills and the ability to deescalate customer issues.
  • Receive, process and raise customers requests.
  • Book appointments through the contractors work scheduling software.
  • Provide accurate information to customers, within agreed performance and quality frameworks.
  • Liaise with contractors, external agencies and internal partners to enable an accurate first time response to our customers.
  • Collect, record, maintain and report data intelligently using appropriate systems/methods.

£18,163.16-£27,490.00 per year
