Store Lead & Head of Activations|London|Up to £55,000 + Benefits


You don't grow to be one of the world's favourite brands by doing things the same way as everybody else.

So, while you'll be the manager at the London flagship store, an equally important part of this role will be taking the brand experience outside thestore walls.


Just like the retail experience this brand offers its customers, your job will be hybrid: part store manager and leader, part events and marketing.

It makes this a role like no other, with a mission to create an experience like no other.


In addition to your store leadership role, you'll be responsible for building and retaining a community of members, positively reinforcing the brand, its product ranges, culture and commitment to inclusivity and sustainability.

You'll curate memorable momentstailored to member groups that enable the brand to connect more deeply. You'll create events with in-built FOMO (fear of missing out) that build excitement about product launches and new arrivals. And you'll combine the in-store and online to elevate the membershipexperience.


Day to day, you will:


  • Deliver seasonal & 365 programming of the store's products and services, driving fully targeted journeys that connect online and offline.
  • Develop targeted event experiences to support product launches, exclusive product drops and workshops to generate 'brand heat' and product hype, and to ensure every member feels the magic of the brand
  • Own execution of events on behalf of members, capturing assets, writing copy and briefing in the full end to end journey across app, as well as working with each creative on assets and copy for their own channels.
  • Identify and build long term relationships with your London team of 20 (approx.), ensuring it is fully representative of its customer base, and ensuring it is a place where talent flourishes
  • Manage and track spend associated with all storeled activities
  • Build relationships with local city and retail organisations and work closely with them to secure approvals for your activities.

You'll need

  • Impressive experience in store management/team leadership
    and events marketing/project management
  • Experience managing budgets and cost controls
  • Experience managing external stakeholders / vendors
  • Experience leading a team and making sound commercial decisions in a fastpaced retail environment, preferably in a flagship or similarly highprofile location
  • To be hands on and creative and to work as part of a team to bring your engagement ideas to life
  • To be agile, adaptable and extremely people focused
  • To be available and willing to work shift patterns and weekends

Salary
:


Up to £50,000, Holiday 30 days +, Cash award
