My client a Local Authority are looking for a Building Surveyor on a temporary contract.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Building Surveyor at, you will be responsible for a range of diverse tasks, including:
Conducting detailed property inspections and surveys.
Assessing the condition of buildings and identifying defects.
Providing expert advice on property maintenance, repair, and renovation.
Preparing reports and specifications.
Voids Repairs and Disrepair Surveys
Contract Administration

Qualifications and Requirements:
you should have the following qualifications and attributes:
A degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
Proven experience as a Building Surveyor
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in relevant surveying and design software.
