Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.


Duties:


  • Communicate effectively with customers to address their questions, concerns, and requests
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services
  • Up sell products and services to customers when appropriate
  • Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement to management

Skills:


  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Strong phone etiquette skills
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

Salary:
From £24,958.50 per year
