We have an exciting opportunity for a new team leader to join the T.E.A. Logistics team

The Role
A full UK driving license is required for this job and a company vehicle will be provided to all full-time delivery staff

Daily responsibilities will include:

Ensuring all drivers are correctly loaded up and out on the road in a timely manner.
Manage your own team of delivery drivers, ensuring efficiency.
Handling both your team's professional progression plans and any disciplinary issues which may arise.
Manage your own delivery round, while maintaining contact with your team throughout the day.
