    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or a Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) to join our team in a four-bedded, low secure service for adult males and females with personality disorders, learning disabilities, or mental health issues based in Cardiff.

    About the Role

    This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a small, close-knit service where you can make a real difference in the lives of our patients. As a qualified RMN or RNLD, you will ensure that all patients receive high-quality care while supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork.

    Requirements

    • A relevant nursing qualification (RMN or RNLD)
    • A valid NMC registration with no restrictions or referrals
    • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
    • A minimum of 6 months' Mental Health experience as a nurse in the UK
    • Strong team-working skills
    • A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
    • A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
