£ £13.00 per hour


Are you seeking a hands-on role in manufacturing where you can contribute to producing high-quality products? We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Manufacturing Operatives in TF1.

As a Manufacturing Operative, you will play a vital role in our production process, ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our manufacturing facility.


Responsibilities:


  • Operating machinery and equipment in accordance with safety protocols and company procedures
  • Assembling and packaging products according to production schedules and quality standards
  • Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
  • Assisting with the maintenance and cleaning of machinery and work areas
  • Following manufacturing instructions and standard operating procedures
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions
  • Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends if required
