About Our Client:

Page Personnel are currently working with an industry leading company based in York to recruit an Operational Support Advisor to join their team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

This is a great opportunity for somebody with a Customer Service background to take their next step within their career.

As a Operational Support Advisor, you will be required but not limited to;

Provide excellent Customer Service at all times
Effectively and accurately process a wide range of correspondence from members
Asses Medical Referrals
Authorise invoice payments
Action membership adjustments and payments

The Successful Applicant:

The successful Operational Support Advisor will;

Have a polite and professional telephone manner
Worked in Customer Service before
Excellent organisational and time management skills

In return for your work as an Operational Support Advisor you will receive; Competitive salary + £21,000 - £23,000 + Long term Contract + 12 month Fixed Term Contract + Friendly team + Much much more
