Handling customer inquiries and providing information about products, services, pricing, and delivery details. Receiving and processing sales orders from customers, ensuring accuracy and timely execution. Preparing sales reports and analysing sales data to provide insights and support decision-making. Collaborating with logistics and shipping teams to coordinate product deliveries and ensure timely dispatch. Addressing customer complaints or issues related to sales orders and working to find satisfactory resolutions. Assisting in inventory management by tracking stock levels and coordinating restocking efforts. Accurately entering sales data into databases and maintaining updated records. Work hours 39 per week
Desirable skills
1) Knowledge of English/Urdu/Punjabi/Hindi
Salary:
£26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
