Vail Williams LLP is a leading real estate adviser with more than 150 staff across 8 offices. Continued growth and an ever-expanding client base have created an exciting opportunity in our Lease Advisory team.


An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly motivated individual to join the Lease Advisory team ideally based in either our Gatwick or Surrey regions.


This role will involve working with our Business Space, Investment and Property Asset Management teams with a focus primarily on the industrial and office markets across our Surrey and Gatwick regions.


You will be involved in all aspects of Lease Advisory work and you will be expected to be an ambassador for the company, developing client relationships and delivering the highest level of service.

- Be a Chartered Surveyor with a minimum of 5 years PQE in Lease Advisory work

  • Demonstrate experience in providing high quality advice, the ability to conduct successful negotiations, and report writing associated with third party dispute resolution
  • Demonstrate a good level of understanding and experience in the office and industrial property markets
  • Be a confident business developer with existing and new clients
