At Carers First, we understand that caring can be hard but believe that getting the right help shouldn't be.

We work directly with and for, unpaid carers to provide personalised information, advice, and support to make it easier for those caring to continue living their lives to the fullest possible.

We are currently seeking a Carer Support Adviser to join our team in Lincolnshire.

The requirements of the role will include managing conversations with carers to identify need; writing statutory carers assessments on behalf of Lincolnshire County Council; providing information, advice, and wellbeing support; running wellbeing groups and pro-active identification of carers through partnership working.
