As a Water Technical Services Specialist, we are looking for a competent and organised individual to provide technical support for products and instruments to our water customers in Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
In this role, you will:
Take queries such as complex technical issues, instrument faults and regulatory questions
Work on issues in a timely manner with an empathetic approach through to closure
Communicating technical information to customers in a clear and concise manner
Always provide the highest level of customer service
What you need to succeed:
You will be organised with good attention to detail
Excellent vocabulary in written and spoken English
You will be able to pick up and retain scientific information
Experience using Salesforce and SAP beneficial
Higher education in life science preferred
You will have customer facing experience in customer service, technical support or sales experience
Laboratory experience in biotechnology industry preferred but not essential
