We are currently recruiting for an exceptional Property Litigation Associate to join a highly ranked, national law firm in Cambridge.

If you are a NQ - 4 PQE Property litigation solicitor wanting to Undertake a stimulating combination of property adviceand active litigation then this may be the new challenge you are looking for,


You will be given the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients that include businesses from PLCs to start-ups, high net worth individuals and landowners, universities, colleges and healthcare organisations.


  • Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales only.
  • You will have a broad range of real estate litigation experience gained with a large regional or City firm.
  • Good academics 2.1 degree or equivalent and good A levels or equivalents
  • Commitment to and interest in real estate disputes (property law and dispute resolution)
The Work

  • You will mainly focus on commercial property, there are opportunities to act on residential and agricultural matters too.
  • You will work on Real Estate Disputes matters such as forfeiture, lease renewal, rent reviews, restrictive covenants, adverse possession and rights of way, agricultural tenancies, telecoms and legal title indemnity insurance.
  • Run litigious matters through to settlement or trial
  • Work with noncontentious Real Estate fee earners, giving advice to them and their clients on property issues where an advantage is to be gained or a problem avoided.
