Administrator

Temporary - immediate start

Horley - Office based

£11 per hour plus free parking on site

2-3-month contract - could lead to permanent for the right person

Are you a strong Administrator with excellent attention to detail? Are you available immediately for a temp assignment?


Our client based are looking for an organised and people focused Administrator to join their friendly team on a temporary basis whilst they recruit for the role permanently.

This could lead to permanent for the right person

Hours will be Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm and the role is office based everyday.

Main duties of this role will be:

  • Rescheduling appointments with customers and internal teams
  • Maintaining various inboxes
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information
You will be a confident administrator with fantastic communication skills and excellent customer service sills. You will be proficient in Microsoft packages and can also learn new systems quickly. Any experience in a medical environment or organisation would be highly beneficial.
