Position Summary:


The sales specialist demonstrates an extensive understanding of Brombal's value proposition while making compelling presentations to world-class architects, designers and builders in the luxury residential and commercial market.

The Brombal Sales Specialist is responsible for maximising the sale of Brombal's residential building products by initiating and building sustainable relationships that lead to the execution of contracts and delivery of products and services.

A Brombal sales specialist's main role is to successfully achieve quarterly and annual sales plan targets and achieve superior customer satisfaction.


II


Essential Functions:


1.

Execution of Sales Plan Objectives:

a.

Collaborates with the Director of Global Sales to conduct market research that identifies high-potential customers in luxury residential and commercial construction.

b.

Qualifies leads and then executes strategies designed to open new customer accounts and/or to boost opportunities withing existing customer accounts.

c. Makes presentations on Brombal's value proposition to high-end architectural/design firms and/or to high-end construction companies.

d.

Submits qualifying projects to Brombal for quotation and presents proposals to Decision Makers while highlighting key "trigger points" that are important to the project and/or to the client.

e. Negotiates final changes and then secures approved/executed contracts, collects deposits and provides continuous project management support on projects.

f.

Participates in regular, ongoing pipeline review sessions with the Director of Global Sales, to track individual progress, manage performance and to ensure alignment on strategic imperatives.

g.

Collaborates with Brombal's Marketing team to create and utilize resources that increase customer awareness and develop respect and appreciation for Brombal's high-quality products.

Facilitates Brombal's training/education program within their territory to ensure that architects, designers and builders are both confident and competent to utilize Brombal's product line.

h. Shares "best practices" and innovative ideas with the sales team that can enhance Brombal's overall success.


2.

Manage Sales Operations and communication:


Establishes a field sales (home) office for their specific territory capable of driving day-to-day operations and facilitiating the successful execution of sales plan objectives.


Implements directives received from the Director of Global Sales, providing ongoing communications to Director of Sales regarding lead generation, active qualified opportunities, presentations, customer development, competitor news, proposals, and orders.

Provides ongoing communications and brand development with Brombal customers (architects, designers, builders, Owner Representatives, etc).


Maximizes the use of office time to schedule targeted appointments, prepare presentations/proposals, monitor progress, manage administrative tasks, and maintain accurate records.

Tracks sales, monitors sales results and analyzes sales data within the UK.

Demonstrates disciplined, daily use of Brombal's approved CRM systems.


Submits completed reports on sales activities / plans and/or paperwork on a timely basis to the Director of Global Sales, or to others, as directed.


Accepts personal responsibility for the management of business operations in their territory in accordance with Brombal's company policies and procedures.


3. Customer Management
a. Maintains knowledge of Key Customers, the market, industry trends, competitors, and leading competitive strategies.

b.

Maintains relationships with Key Customers within the territory to obtain and provide technical, professional and customer service support for Brombal products.

c. Develops and demonstrates proficiency with each Brombal product, including side-by-side comparisons with competitive products.


4.

Customer Relationship Management System (CRM):

a. Devlops proficiency with CRM through training, personal learning and practice.

b.

Utilizes Brombal's CRM system on an ongoing basis to record information related to customer interactions, sales activities (including proposal and quotes) and customer account performance within the territory.


5.


Other Duties and Responsibilities:


A Brombal Sales Specialist carries out such other duties and responsibilities as may be directed by the Director of Global Sales.
