Our client is looking for a Buyer to lead the purchasing function by delivering the best service for their customers and building last relationships with new/existing suppliers.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop suppliers and ensure best price/quality for customers
  • Identify cost reductions to drive company growth and improve profitability
  • Forecast/materials planning to ensure stock availability and maintain necessary inventory levels

Skills:


  • Previous buying/stock management skills whilst working with suppliers
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Understanding of planning/forecasting
