We are seeking an Administrator / Graduate Administrator for a firm of Independent Financial Advisers based in Milton KeynesThe company offers excellent training and clear progression routes for the right person.
Tasks include:
- First point of contact for all clients
- Ensuring the database is accurately updated
- Preparation of client correspondence
- Preparation of client review packs
- Diary Management
- Other tasks as required
You will be:
- Able to manage and effectively prioritise workloads
- Possess excellent planning, organisational and multitasking skills
- High standard of both written and verbal English clear communication skills are essential
- Confident with IT and all MS Office software
- A team player with a positive attitude
