You will be joining one of the UK's leading logistics companies who have had a record year with impressive ongoing growth plans.


My well-established national client has over 40 sites, employs 3000+ members of staff, completes 400,000 deliveries per year and owns over 4,000 trucks.

Due to expansion and progression, they are seeking an experienced customer service executive to support with delivering a first-class service to their key accounts.


Responsibilities

  • Taking in bound calls from key account with enquiries, orders and queries
  • Working to customer KPI's on performance and resolutions
  • Providing an excellent level of customer service at all time
  • Managing complaints and liaising with a number of stakeholders in the business to provide a timely solution
  • Logging all enquiries into in house system
  • Building relationships
  • Providing solutions

Skills required

  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous key account/customer service experience
  • Resilience
  • Able to deal with complaints
  • Solution driven
  • Strong IT skills

Pay:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
